Tawas is looking paddle-able Sunday morning. Any boats going to answer my radio check on 68?

Good luck man. Looks great for a paddle but I’m probably going to be up in a tree. Love to hear a report though.

Anyone lose a long handled net on M55 near Tawas? It has a unique handle end. Describe it for me to get it back. Found 11/7.

Just looking to fish some new east side piers before winter hits. Which pier is referred to as the east pier in Tawas? The big single pier at Shoreline park, the DNR launch or at the marina near the river. Any information would be greatly appreciated. IM if necessary. Thanks

There's the new peir at the end of main st that is just before the DNR DNR boat launch, then coming north/south(LOL) on 23, there's the old peir by the public beaches. With the high water, that could be a great spot like it was years ago. ;)

The pier by the Iosco county jail, is closed. They are redoing the whole thing. They have excavators, crane, etc. on it. Supposedly going to have some docks and extending it. That was the last thing I read but that was a few months ago.

Yes Ralph, not sure what exactly what it’s going to look like but I believe it’s going to be a little harbor of some kind.
