This year I’m gonna run wicked lures mostly but I also love spinners and spoons. You guys?

Pretty much a little bit of everything. Float fishing, bottom bouncing with beads and spawn, spinners and spoons.

Spinners, spoons, tots, and wiggle warts. I'm going to try BFS fishing steelhead this year. 7' Lamiglas X11 1/16-1/4 with a Daiwa Alphas CT SV spooled up with some 20lb braid. Should be a hoot. I have some micro spoons and small jigs I wanna try. I understand a shorter rod goes against all conventional wisdom steelhead fishing, but it's easier to cast and maneuver in the smaller rivers I fish, and a lot more accurate too. My 8'6" and 9'6" rods are heavier and need 2 hands to cast, I can cast the 7' one handed very well. Makes it a little easier when you're neck deep in the spinach.
