Fished the same area yesterday, but the wind had us trolling towards shore. When we hit 17 FOW my son had the largest northern pike on I've ever seen. I swear it was 4'! Broke the net and it was gone. Immediately followed by another pike about 36". With a few runs at the boat it had 4 lines tangled.
3 big cats, 3 sheep head, 2 silvers and a few under 15". Kept a 14 that was belly hooked. Not a full limit, but good action with the boys.

My son still impresses me with his knowledge on the boat. He can run circles around a lot of guys!
Great day on the water with my son and nephew.
