Heading up to Lake Simcoe this weekend to chase jumbo perch. Is anybody from this site going up, and if so, would you be interested in exchanging contact info to share fishing location / production. PM me if interested. Thanks, be safe and good luck to those that are going.

Spoon bite heating up. Fish are also starting to chase minnows. Seems they are also moving in tighter to shore shallower water...
The further north you go in lake the less fishing pressure. The south end been pounded on there's better fish the further around the lake you go...

So what you are saying is head towards Thorah? We should be fishing Friday late afternoon and into the evening, and plan on trying Willow Beach. Then, we might head to Casey's to see Taj. He still has his huts out.

Be careful out there especially around the river mouths.

I heard some decent fish caught not far off shore in some popular access spots....
