Is it legal for an individual to sell hook and line caught fish in Michigan? There is an add in a local swap FB page for fresh caught bluegill

    NO !
Now if they were "TRADING", that might be legal as the law is written here.

I remember the story of Old Uncle Zoop getting ticketed for selling trout in Baldwin. 2 hours later he was caught selling trout again by the same C.O. Zoop told him "I need to sell more now to pay the ticket you gave me!"

Ole "Zoop" wasn't too bright, eh? Most criminals can rationalize their crimes, and they are all victims.

No. He had better success hunting and fishing than he did in his criminal enterprise.
