I’m not sure why but I’ve always liked listening to some good blues on Saturday mornings. Not because the blues are usually mellow and laid back. Just the opposite. The blues have always seemed to help me clear my head and get motivated. Kind of sets the tone for the weekend.

Here’s some tasty favorites that never fail to get me going. Feel free to add some of your cherished blues tunes.

Bet you've never heard nursery rhymes done quite like this.

    And a tribute to SRV.

Another Josh Smith. He is single handedly redrawing the parameters of rocking blues.... This guy leaves nothing on the table.
