guys we stayed at Ramada Inn on Jackson Point. Great hotel, they have a restaurant attached, it's on the water and next to the Jackson harbor marina. Easy easy easy. Great food and convient. Highly recommend.

    Ice access from the hotel.

    Tight Lines! Bill

What a great place to stay, the Ramada Inn Jackson Point!! Very reasonable rates and new and beautiful rooms!! Easy access to the lake and amazing fishing, not to mention the complementary hot breakfast, not just a continental breakfast!! Delicious!

Glad to see it has reopened... We stayed there under the old owners.

Place was less than desirable at the time!

Good location and we left the sleds right outside the room. D&W bait couple blocks away.

    Expedia shows $88 p/n...

Planning my first trip to simcoe and was thinking of staying here. Can u walk out of jacksons point and get on perch within a mile? Or do you need a machine? I have machine but not trust worthy trailer to take. Was debating wether to walk out or try a hut rental place for first trip.

4msu - you can totally walk out to good perch fishing
from Jackson's Point. Obviously having a machine is better to move around more, but some great fishing for Perch right off of the Mossington Bridge, Sibbald Park and Jackson's point all within an easy walk. If coming up to stay at the Ramada, tell them Perchin for MS sent you.

Lots of parking area and no issue with trailers. You can access the ice/fishing right from your room.
