    Diabetic, gotta cut back on carbs and sugars unfortunately. :( If I buy any light beer, that's the best taste......not that I'll turn anything free down!:lol:

    Ralph I have a diet for you, only 1 sentence long.
    Eat only 50 grams of carbs each day. Got to look and count carbs on everything you eat. I lost 35 lbs. in one year. It's really easy and you would be surprised what you can eat. Deer....0 carbs.\
    Just think you can have 20 ULTRAS a day.

    I dont drink everyday! LOL...I hear you though on the carbs. I know all about it, and what I need to do.....doing it is the problem! :lol:
