Great mess of fish. Wife and I should be there in a few weeks. Does fishing improve later on? What size hali are you using? Any help is appreciated, never been there before. Keep up the great posts.

Hey Doublejay didn't see your post. Those are just cord reels for extension cords. They work great for keeping ropes organized. Any box stores have them.

Thanks for sharing the setup you used. Do you bounce this off the bottom, just like any sinker?

That extra bling shines and klanks against the hali .lol I usually tie hali directly to the line. I was in a hurry to get some thing back to the fish.

Very light bite, 98 percent of our fish were caught by setting it on the bottom and lifting it up very very slow and they would suck it up off the bottom and sit there with it in there.

Yes pound it up-and-down on the bottom then let it sit there Slowly lifted up if you feel a slight tap or extra weight you have a fish set the hook and another one in the Box

Bill, where do you get the fire tiger Hali jig that you are using? I use something similar but I like the one in the pic
