1986 CJ 7, trusty but a bit rusty!

Started tearing it down with my 16 year old son and two of our buddies.

Anyone looking for a nice 6’6” western plow?

Right on if I was me I'd do a fiberglass tub. Honestly you can get one for what you will have into patch repairs and it will never rot. Jeeps are a addiction mines on 38 inch tires I may go with 40s, my front axle alone was to much $ to post lol . the most important thing is have fun spending time with him and when it's done let him wheel it. My greatest memories with my dad where when he let me wheel his blazer when I was 10.

Thanks, actually it looks worse than it actually is. I’ll keep posting progress reports if you are interested. I wish the boys were this interested in their homework lol!

Yes I hope you he can find a decent priced frame from the looks of it his lower left control arm bracket is hanging. To me not worth puttinging the money into the frame if you got it for a steel heck yeah. Hell you probably bought the plow and got the jeep for free lol.
