Caught my second one. It is a female 39" 15.6 lbs. She was caught in the same location as the male. I pulled this set and plan on placing a trap there as soon as I can next season. Still hoping to harvest a beaver or too at the same pond.
Thanks eveyone. I was noticing that her teeth look pretty worn. Broken canines and the top teeth are almost completely gone.
Trap biting will cause that, caught on a coni or leg ?
330. There was no way she bit this trap. It's hard to tell from the picture but I think it was done over time. I could be mistaken though. Does anyone know if we'll ever get information regarding the otters age from the state seal, like for the other species?

Around 12 otter, I've never been told the age.

Those are both nice otter! My two this year were not that big. Are they your first otter? I had my first mounted. Turned out beautiful and sits on top of the gun cabinet. Congrats!
