I’ve been working from home for 4 weeks now with 7 year-old twin boys and we have had a lot of fun but I’m starting to miss some aspects of life now. What movie or scene from a movie best describes your situation? For myself it’s the movie Stir Crazy. The scene where Gene Wilder and Richard Prior are being taken to their cells and they freak out always makes me laugh. Sorry, I won’t post a link to the scene but you can find it on YouTube.
Watching too much cable news starts to make feel like I'm in that mind reprogramming scene from 'A Clockwork Orange '. Ahhh! Make it stop, I'm gonna puke!
Great thread. I posted this once before but i feel like my life is the prison scene in goodfellas. The mobsters who go to prison wait around for food deliveries to see what they get. Then they spend the entire day in isolation preparing a meal because it is the highlight of the day. We sit at home. My wife does online shopping with curbside pickup. We have been trying new recipes and doing alot of cooking. Kids are baking muffins, brownies and cookies for something to do.
‘Contagion’ from 2011 even shows how the bat started it all. How did the directors & writers know this but China didn’t address the threat?. That’s my question.
