Saturday morning I had a trip with four guys we landed ten and five were keepers. One fish around five pounds. All right in front of
Pier 500 and two east side of
Grassy. Jigging green worm. It’s getting better.

Went back out around 10 am yesterday for a hour and not a walleye bite.Did a long pass from above grassy to below it with nothing to show.Water temp is back above 60. We need some cold nights.

Do you think the fish came in when it was 59 and left when it was 60?

It's been hit and miss all fall so far. Good one day, bad the next with similar conditions. I don't know if that's due to waves of fish going through or if they just turn on and off for some reason.

Yeah. My question was rhetorical. I think you're right though. Probably waves or mood or both. They're not always concentrated in the same spot every day.

We were trolling crank baits N of you, we're newbie's at that, lol....

Hit & miss is probably what my retired buddy would say, as he gets out a lot, but tries a lot of different things too, sometimes :dizzy:....
