    Now I see your point, and it makes sense. As you know we mentioned the lack of anglers issue a few times at the CRSC meetings. This may well be a way to get more angler recruitment, not necessarily cold water anglers at first, but perhaps over time.

    The trout stamps were cool. I still have a few lying around. Wish they still sold them.

    In the '80s the uncle of a friend of mine showed me his collection of trout buttons that he had going back to when grandpa was alive. They were pin on and you were supposed to wear them on your vest or hat. I thought it was incredibly cool and started keeping my stamps in case I ever had kids and grandkids. Probably have 20 years worth stashed away with the licenses. Wish they still did them.
