Hello just moved here from Missouri and was looking to possibly do some trading on some hunts on private land. I mostly just turkey and deer hunt, I am willing to take someone hunting where I come from where the big bucks and turkey run on my farm back in Missouri. PM me if interested. Jesse

I’m pretty sure Yankee Springs is out that way. I doubt people will give away a good spot online, though. Hit the backroads or start walking and you’ll find some.

IMG_3049.JPG IMG_3060.JPG Ok I'll check that out. Think they would let me in one a spot if I took them to Missouri where you could shoot bucks like this??

Where do you hunt in Missouri? I just got back a week ago from Turkey hunting there. My family hunts in North Central Missouri. I bow hunt there every year, it’s pretty awesome.

when I first started chasing turks I was able to get permission on a few properties between Middleville and hastings by just knocking on doors.if I talked to 30 land owners probably 3 or 4 would say ok.a platt book would be helpful.also check out the hunter access program that the dnr runs.they have a booklet listing private land that is enrolled in it.probably on line also.called the HAP program.

You are on the front door of some of the best public land turkey that Michigan has to offer. One day of scouting the roost and a little drive time and you will be on the birds.

I have a farm in mid-Missouri. It is loaded with turkey and some good deer. I usually try to go bowhunting down there in the fall. Let me know if you wanna go sometime maybe we could carpool down that way.

I can't hardly find deer around and you've got them jumping into your boat... WTF mate. Nice job.

Realize I maybe late on replying but I would advise to head west of Middleville into Allegan County. I had hunted Barry County for several years with no luck. There are birds there but I bagged my first turkey this spring on state land in Allegan County. Only saw one trio of hunters in three days of hunting.
