No more one stop shopping at Chemung market. They have a sign in the window that said "closed for the rest of winter'. Looks like you'll have to go to Just For Men for minnows then across the street for your beverages. Bummer.

Went fishing this morning with roosterg5 & Amos (Dave & Dan) in picture . Fished from
7:30 to 11 , fish were still pretty slow moving , you had them on the Vexilar but had
to work to get them to bite. We all took home enough for a meal and the weather
could not have been better.:):):) IMG_2611 (2).JPG IMG_2612_LI.jpg

Thanks for the encouragement Walt! I'm hoping the ice sticks around a couple more weeks cuz it's going to be that long before I get another chance to come north and fish! Leave a few in the lake for us working stiffs! LOL!

This surprised me this morning. Luckily had some waxies still but went without the drinks and snacks lol. Fished west of the boat launch all the way down to the point with nothing to show for it. Caught a bunch of dink’s and only acouple keepers which I tossed back.

Hit the lake today from 8 to 11:30 , it was so beautiful out there today that the fish
decided to take the day off. Marked fish the whole time but the bite was as slow as
I have seen it all season. Took home 6 for dinner and only caught 10 total. It was
hard to leave the lake with no wind and the sun shining . Going to try L.S.C. for
some perch in the morning. :):):) IMG_2613.JPG
