Just had 2 bb at 8 yards. Nice night in Ottawa now that the rain finally quit.
First deer of my hunting season is a 3 year old 8 pt.
Scratch that, just had 2 more step into the field, a really big 6 and another 8 pt.
14 does and fawns no bucks so far. Sitting in a blind with 6yr old granddaughter. Raining on and off in Calhoun co.
Ha, just remembered this.. Throwback Thursday. My first buck ever! 20 years ago Today October 1st!
Sounds like the "doe factory" is working perfectly
Awesome! Good luck little man!! Way to go dad!!
Out in the stand for my first sit of the 2020 season. Man if feels good to be in the Oakland county woods this evening. High hopes to put a doe in the freezer but low expectations seems the wind is decided to swirl and now the rain has begun. Good luck to everyone out and congrats to all that scored already today!

There 260 yards and change now, had the sun in my eyes, one of the 3 bucks is pretty big 6 point. Let’s just say the other 2 are not what I thought they was, Still nice to see.
Passed a beauty of a 2 year old 8 point stud buck!!! 20 yrds broadside!
Sun goin down!
First deer of the season was a fairly large forker. Really wide and long tines. 100 yards out upwind and straight to the blueberries he went.
2 does, 2 fawns so far. All very close. I was tempted.....but there's been a big one here...I'll be patient.
