I bought a Lew's bait caster rod and real for my son last year from Dunham's. My son loved it, always worked great caught a lot of fish with it. Almost exactly one year later it snapped in half with a small large mouth on it. I have emailed Lew's customer service three times since 9/2, this past Monday I called and left a message. Does anyone here have any experience with Lew's customer service? Does Lew's have any customer service are they really bad at it, is this normal to not be able to contact them. I have always thought they were a good company and made good product but now I'm not so sure.
