Great thread. I don't fish in the summer, but can always come here (this thread) for fish porn that gets me keyed up for fall. Keep up the good work!

IMG_2770.JPG IMG_2771.JPG IMG_2776.JPG Been fulfilling some promises of taking some nieghborhood kids out fishing. Been mainly focusing on gills to get them hooked! Gills have been more than cooperative. I even got three bonus teeners! Been fishing suspended in 30 plus or right on the bottom in 15-20. Micro jigs and gulp out fished the worms. I think from the smiles we have future fisherman!

What was a little crazy and sad...was the neighbor hood had a camp trip last weekend. I took groups out all weekend. One trip was just the dads... There were 7 of them. Not a single one had a fishing license. Wher I grew up in Wisconsin that would be unheard of. Is more and more of the population not sportsman???

IMG_2764.JPG IMG_2765.JPG IMG_2766.JPG IMG_2774.JPG More pics of some of the kids. I couldn't get most to touch the fish but that's ok. Although my daughter took many off the hook and kind of made some of the boys feel whimpy!! Lol

We have over 200 houses in our sub and there is only two other guys that fish. That I am aware of atleast. The good side of that is I have less competition on the lakes close to us!!

IMG_2778.JPG I do have a buddy in Mt. Clemons who does live in a nieghborhood that has fisherman. Infact a group of them were camping at Sterling state park and combined to get a beautiful mess of Erie perch and some bonus eyes!! One of these days I have to head down and try that!!
