Now hold your horse's, there might only be enough “Booners” for you and me in THE BRANCH this year. Don’t go making promise’s you can’t deliver!

i would wish to be able to go on any hunt with my papa. Sadly he passed before i was of legal age to hunt, or even paid attention to hunting. He was an AVID outdoorsman, traveled all across the US hunting different animals ranging from Prong Horns, Wild Hogs, to an alaska moose and grizzly.

that man had an iron butt. He would sit all day, every day, during deer season.. it was either that or his way of staying away from granny lol

I would wish for something else. I can tell you multiply the demands and expectations X 2.
    All I'm going to say....
Wish my dad was here to hunt and fish. We finally have it all dialed in, after he had gone...

    One wish?
That might take some long pondering while on a deer stand.
I've long held that having every wish I wished for be the one wish wished. With each wish wished wisely after. (Hopefully).

If I had only one wish, it would be that everyone would simply be happy with what they can make on their own, and not rely on the government to force others to think like they expect them to.

I work with a guy that had a similar story about his Grandpa. After he passed away they found his blind and inside it was a wood stove, cot and a bunch of empties. Lol

They realized it was just his escape.

  8. My one wish would be to go back to the day of my accident and get the “F” out of the way of the tree that severed my leg!

    I'm with you there....
Losing a leg changed my hunting more than anything else.
Might still have Dad alive again though first....

Hunting related - get drawn for every hunt I apply for. Points/chances and luck of the draw would be a thing of the past.

I would wish that @November Sunrise would have an up close and personal encounter with his target BB and that he'd send a razor sharp broadhead, launched from his x-gun, right through the pump station for a quick and humane kill.
I could live the rest of my days knowing that giving is much more satisfying than getting. :)

oh we've (my cousin, myself, and my cousin's middle son) have all hunted from his blind. No frills. He was an old school guy. I hunt with one of his old rifles with a 1x scope.
