Huzzah for Bert's Custom Tackle!

    I had ordered some Bert's rod holder from an online source, and they arrived with one of the mounting screws bent. After a month of screwing around with the store trying to convince them it made more sense for me to just send the screw back for replacement rather than the whole rod holder, I got frustrated yesterday and sent an e-mail to Berts. Within minutes I had a response from Chris the general manager, and the replacement screw (plus a spare) was in my mailbox in less than a day.

    Now that, ladies and gentlemen, is the type of service that makes for loyal customers.

    I have had one experience with Berts customer service. All I can say is that they bent over backwards and addressed the issue far beyond what I could have ever imagined. They now have a LIFETIME customer!
