Just throwing this out there. Do any of you hunt woods with installed Maple syrup vacuum lines? (Trees to tree tubing)

Does it affect deer movement or bother the deer?

    Thanks!

They work like funnels in a few of the woods i hunt. Your better of dropping them, or they could take alot of lines out making more work for the owner.

Ok thanks. Thinking of tapping my woods in a few years and wondered how it changes whitetail patterns.

Hunted a lease for a couple of years that was full of sap lines. Didn't bother the deer at all.

Will only change their patterns in the spring when you are collecting sap, after that, the deer won’t care. Will devalue the timber, but you already know that.
