That's better. Though I think many of us are faster than that with an electric knife.

For pure speed, it’s hard to beat this method:

I was bored, couldn't get out fishing, what else was I supposed to do except be sarcastic? It's my superpower. I asked to be able to fly, but this is what they gave me.

Theres someone on this site that'll catch a walleye and have no clue how to clean it. Yeah its slow for us that have experience but i guarantee that every critic of this ended up with a dime piece of meat the very first time they tried to clean a fish. I was fortunate to have a grandpa and dad that taught me how to clean a fish. But not one of us here were born knowing how to clean a fish. So to those of you that havent done it before, there are better ways, but, pay no attention to the critics, this is a good start. Experience will improve your skills. To the critics, think back to your first time...

And to all of the "pros" here that are lightning quick and efficient at cleaning fish, POST UP! Lets see your instructional videos.

Everyone has their own way and process of doing things, that is one thing I would never post on here is an instructional video on processing any animal, way to many critics

And no matter how I do it, how fast I think I am, or how great I think my way is I make no claim to being "pro" at anything. It's just my way, not necessarily the best way.

Eh... the only dime size piece was a cheek. I've messed up some panfish before with an electric knife.

The maumee tackle video guy does a nice job. Lot faster than I would be with a manual knife.

Might have to make another video... I just deleted one off my phone a couple months ago.
