That was painful to watch. 12 minutes to do one fish, and he butchered one of the fillets missing the meat on the outside of the rib cage. I hope his momma gets him an electric knife for Christmas and he learns to pull the cheeks free by hand after the horseshoe cut.
Glad I wasnt the only one thought that.
I stopped it at 4:20 mark when he said he peels the cheek from the “hide” of the fish.
I watched it on mute. Lucky me.

I'll skip it, thanks for the warning! I can cut up a dozen walleye in about 12 minutes if I don't stop to drink some beer and I had some money on the timer. I've never regretted going to electric knifes....
Even tbe title is wrong. So wrong.
