They need a good GM first. Not some copycat dork that thought they could pick up ex Patriots past their prime.

It was a good ole boys club with Quinn and the Patricia. Just given guys jobs from their past. That defensive coordinator Passqaloni was a great example of that. It flat out didn’t work. Neither did the majority of the drafts. Galloday was the anomaly and he is probably gone. Flowers, Vaiati, Coleman all overpaid free agent busts.

Next up needs to be Rod Wood. He is worthless too. Cut all ties to this failed group.

The lions should go without a head coach, let the OC coach the offence, the DC coach the Defense and the Special teams coach, coach the special teams.
