Time for a new grill. Really considering a Grilla Grills Silverback.

Anyone have one? Any opinions on them. I would only smoke occasionally. Mostly cook burgers, chicken, sausages, etc..

I kind of thought they were about in the middle of the ones I've been looking at online. They definitely aren't cheap.

I'm in the process of moving into a new home and want to get a new smoker. I've been looking at the same grill and wondering if you bought it yet and what you think of it. Once I'm settled in I intend to visit their store.

I bought the silverback alpha. We've been really happy with it. Everything we've done has been great. Probably won't ever go back to propane. We've done ribs, pork butt, chicken, burgers, steak, etc...
    Reverse seared steaks are awesome!

If you just want a smoker there might be better options, not sure.

I had a traeger and after to caught fire (as many do) I made the drive to the West side with my "fun money" to purchase a Silverbac with the Alpha controller. I have had zero problems and it has done plenty of smoking/baking/grilling. I use lumberjack pellets and I honestly love everything about it besides having to buy the front shelf as an optional addition.
All stainless construction helps a lot.

Grilla Grills are great. You can't go wrong. I've had mine for two years and use it on everything from Briskets to Hot Dogs. Well made. 10Ga. SS lid, plus you are supporting a Michigan based company. My advise is.... go for it, you won't be sorry.
