Fly line dressing

    Seen a few guys use aloblene for fly floatant. Has/does anyone use it on there flyline? would/does it hurt thhe line?

    Why not just use what the line manufacturer recommends? It's only a few bucks and can last for years.
    I have lines that by many standards should have been dead years ago. Not a one of them are cracked or have slowed down using mainly Ivory bar soap and Rio or SA line treatment.

    I agree with Jackster, I have used the S/A line cleaner for years and have never lost a line to deterration or cracking.
