The boys will be taking a trip to Hiawatha the first of June for 8 days. We are currently slated to stay at Mckeever Lake and Bass Lake. I have also seen promising reports from Ironjaw and Lake Nineteen (Trout). Wanted to know what to expect on species and activity. I know Bass should be a good bet, but is it reasonable to expect good pike, perch, crappie, etc.? If not, what tips should I know to be successful. Thanks in advance...

Try trolling small rapalas off the side of the boat on lake 19 for trout. It's worked well for me before in August. Hope this helps.
