Dam shame looking at the 10 day forecast. Sure would have been nice to of had a cold, or at least cool, few weeks or even a week for that matter.

Sure you'll have that bucket full today, nothing like fishing in a sweatshirt !! Definitely have had my most epic days in a sweater. Enjoy

Super slooooow morning. Just got off the ice. Everything is very solid if you access from the beach for the afternoon bite. Nothing was even getting soft yet. Figured I would post a pic of most important tool if you plan this afternoon! Fish don’t seem to be schooled up. Only catch one at a time. If you get one crusin thru and bites, all the fish been pretty solid. Good luck to the afternoon crew! Zoo will be closed next week looking at the weather.

That's what yesterday was like for me, get one/two good solid bites, then shutdown fer 10-15 minutes, then back on again. Worked the Willow like a mad man, see the bite on the minnow. I probably sent 15-20 under 9 inch back, couldn't go today, grampa duty. Tight lines gents!

It looks like he has the right idea. Drop in and sit on the ice shelf edge at the Zoo! Was out yesterday at my pond, definitely would be no good today.

Very slow for me also, was not gonna go but woke up at 430 am with jumbo fever. Saturday morning was a blast. I knew today was going to be rough when I was the 3 guy on ice and guy already in my holes on Saturday. Still marking a bunch of whale today, just sniffing. Maybe next time.

I was just looking at that too as long as there is not a thick blanket of snow covering the ice we will be gaining lots of ice. We also got to hope for some onshore light winds for these next 4 days. Think this will be the last weekend for lsc then it’s up north for a few weekends and then the hardwater gear gets put away :( if only I had a boat I’d be getting my jigging rods ready
