Filled The Smoker Today

    At camp in the EUP if not on here
    Our daughter and SIL came up for the weekend. We went out for dinner which left me with a couple of racks of ribs and a whole chicken.

    I dug through my wood pile and found some applewood. Another hour at 225* then I’ll wrap it in foil and bump it to 300* for about and hour. Ribs tonight and chicken tomorrow plus some cold ribs for snacking. Can’t wait.

    I had to get outside, sunny and 38* along the shores of Huron.
