Planning a cleanup day for Saturday April 7th at 9am. Mark your calendars if you'd like to come out. More details to come as we get closer.

3E should be in good shape. We picked up the pile of empties in the foreground from that zone alone towards the end of season. Would be nice to see some enforcement there so the slobs would look over their shoulders a little more.

Is this still on? Looks like snow cover could be a concern. Would not have expected that the first Saturday in April...

Good to give back a bit today and be out in the old stomping grounds. Even got a fly over from a group of teal. Weather was sporty. Daughter got a chunk of her volunteer hours for school covered.

One spinny pole, one head lamp, a lot of unfired shells, a spool of rope, and a sock we feared may have been sacrificed due to the Blue Goose were some of the interesting things found. And a couple empty cans of booze (Sparks was a favorite) and a ton of Swisher Sweets wrappers.

Left at 1:15, went and looked at the teal hanging out in 8I, then since we had all the gear and it wax beautiful out picked up a boat launch at the Kalamazoo River. Found Swisher Sweet wrappers there too...
