I've had squirrels and chipmunks just decimate my garden down here so bad that I moved it up north where I only have to deal with deer, rabbits, and woodchucks

Just as my cherry tomato plant was about to start producing I sold my house. Now I have to steal the tomatoes off my daughters plants here in mid Michigan. Can’t wait to head to the U P on Tuesday.

I took my 8 year old grandson fishing today off the platform on the west side of Reeds Lake in East Grand Rapids. I don’t have any blue gill setups so I took a perch rig with a split shot on the bottom. Had to twist the fire line around the bobber so it didn’t slip. He wondered why there were two hooks but when he got a couple of doubles he was pretty excited. All blue gills less than 4 inches. Afterwards we got ice cream. I did have to call my daughter and see if it was okay for him to have ice cream. He said that he may get too much sugar. I told him that I am her father and I overrule her but I still called.

Got seven last year, just got #4 last night for this year. Had new folks move in behind us about four years ago, have a older dog, who hasn't produced a solid dump much since they moved in. Come to find out, it was being saved in a large open container!! Only God knows why!! After they were told about the active burrows around the shed and garage, and setting traps as well and getting some monsters, the container of liquid scant was finally removed!!! Talk about a rodent's dream!! All the sensor lights would be on from dusk to dawn, and finally got them to realize it wasn't spiders setting off the lights!!

If there wasn't already 7 living in the barn I'd say go for it. They tunnel under the garden fence periodically but haven't been too much of an issue yet (unlike the rodents down here)

Only one way to handle Chucky. I'd post a pic but all I had was hollow points for the 22 mag, and with a center mass shot, it may not be appropriate to post.

Is there anyone here who traps rocks....I have one out in the front yard that needs to go. Larger granite one...nice color and it might make a nice coat. There is another quartz pink in color that sits in front of the window...that on stay, wife like him.
