I live in Grand Rapids. Im looking for a dealer that carries these specific minnows. All I can find are golden shiners and suckers. Does anybody know a dealer near here that would be willing to special order them? Online site I could order them? Reason I’m asking is for walleye season on the detroit river. I know I can buy them down there when I go. I was just hoping I could buy them the night before I drove down ( 3hr drive ). If anybody could steer me in the right direction that would be great.

Anywhere that sells minnows in mid Michigan. All the bait stores in Houghton Lake, I live in Harrison they all carry blues, Clare, Mt. pleasant. There’s a bait store in gun lake and a some in flint. If I was u being from GR check to see if Lansing bait shop has some. Isn’t there a big bait store by gull lake where the catch smelt on north and south side.

Franks in morley keeps them about the longest up until mayish. I wish they kept them all year like over by the bay boy do those eyes and big crappie love them. The problem is keeping them alive in the bait shops once the temps rise.
