Eagle claw customer service surprise

    Last year i went to Canada for a walleye fishing trip. Long story short some how I forgot two of my rods. Stopped at a shop in Canada and purchased three Eagle claw jigging rods which were quite expensive but there options were limited so I bought three. Over the past year two of them broke for no apparent reason.I no longer had a receipt and read no receipt no warranty on a few forums. Gave them a call anyways, explained my dilemma to a very understanding employee. He had me ship the broken one back to them and in turn two weeks later I had three new rods at the house. I know there products aren’t always the best but I will surely utilized what I can of there’s. There customer service was way beyond what I was expected.

    Sounds like you got the right person on the phone when you called. Not that I have ever called them, just saying.
