I left Wednesday afternoon the rest of the crew came home yesterday and they reported no change.
Was up this past weekend. Dad and I caught 30-40 keepers between two days. Nothing bigger then 9.5"
Last report i heard from our crowd, which is 5 boats and between 15 to 19 guys, the total cleaned for the week 10/2 - 10/7 was just over 500 perch and 3 pike
That's a lot of perch no doubt, but for that many people and boats over that many days... I'd expect a lot more. Water must still be a bit too warm. It was around 66 when we were there the weekend of the 30th/1st.
we have done much better in years past but I agree water was still warm and the wind was blowing making it hard to fish the really good spots
The perch are in hot and heavy!!!!
Drummond or Lake George ? thanks
Both areas are productive right now!!
Heading up to Drummond Friday. I know these cooler temps will bring the jumbos in, but what will all this rain do to the bite?
