Do you guys think the ever growing drought that is enveloping the states to our South will affect the deer and antler growth next year. Most are saying with the current weather patterns, the drought is supposed to get worse and expand possibly further North. EHD could also be a major concern as well. I guess only time will tell.
I think that it will have some effect for sure, the lack of water will definitely cut down on their food supply. I am more use to seeing the effect out west on the Elk & deer herds, and it definitely causes smaller antlers on them. in drought years. IMHO Kevin
