My son and DIL just bot a nice house out in the country in Brighton. They planted a lot of flowers this weekend; tulips/daphs/crocus etc some of which are already blooming.

Is there ANYTHING they can spray or broadcast on these flower beds that will keep Bambi and his mother from devowering all the flowers?? THKS.

I have seen fabric softener sheets work in areas and not in others. Deer and really most animals can’t resist the smell of freshly dug dirt. I have heard better results from the dryer sheets over deer away spray.
Also available to keep the numbers down on the ones that don’t get the drift.

Spray them with tobacco juice.A pouch of Red Man chewing tobacco and a gallon of water.Boil the water and dump the chew in.Let it boil for a little bit and let it cool off.Strain it out and put in a spray bottle. Reapply after every rain.

We have them in our yard andf they have never bothered them here. But don't plant mums they are deer candy. But HD sells a spray that they say works really good. They also eat rubarb and strawberries pulls it out bt the roots

Beer may be the key difference! If you drink a lot of beer before bedtime you need to run out there several times a night, which in turn will help keep the deer away! FM

It just reduces the chances your neighbors might notice, and you end up being convicted of a sex crime - exposing yourself. But you choose your own time, for sure. ;)
