Would be hard to diagnose Cwd by looks.
Clipped but not killed by a car. Suffering from the effects.
Could be a number of things but I am going to say the last option is CWD for 2 reasons....
1st. It isn't drooling. One of the tell tale signs is supposed to be excessive drooling if the animal is that sick.
2nd. It's a fawn. The avg incubation period seems way too long for that young of a deer to show advanced stages. Not saying it is impossible but really seems unlikely.
My guess is some sort of injury.

Looks like a deer Button buck eating you plants above the snow around the house. Nothing to be alarmed about
