Spiral wrapped the bodies of these wet flies with rootbeer Krystal Flash and also included a loop of the same material in either the tail or underwing to simulate an air bubble. The Krystal Flash adds a bit of pizzazz to some old favorite wets. Sorry that the quality of the photo doesn't show how the flash adds some sparkle. Bubblewing Wets.jpg

As a fly fisherman, I started out fishing predominantly nymphs, and it's still my favorite type of fishing, but I'll admit, swinging a pair of wets or a wet with a nymph dropper is fast becoming a favorite of mine. Love feeling that jolt on a swinging wet. ;)

    I reversed that

Beadhead nymph which a wet dropper. Mostly tungheads to take it down
