I know its a bad time of year, but doing some long range planning and building. Have areas where there are a lot of cat tails, various weeds, brush and grasses. Heavy silt all over. From marsh out to a few feet of water. A lot of these areas are very difficult to even move through. Have to cut trails. Are there CD moving through this stuff? Thinking about stomping down an area and setting traps. This is along a river, and I presume there is some current, however slow, to spread the trail of bait. Thoughts ? ? ? ?

You will probly have better luck if you stay out of the silty areas.Look for rocky areas with moving water.
