Bottled 5 gallons of a oaked whiskey stout today that I brewed with my dad 5 weeks ago. Can’t wait for cooler weather to enjoy one as I don’t care for dark beer when it’s hot outside.

6.25 gallons of a NEIPA is headed for the fermenter in the next hour. 1 ounce of cashmere as the bittering hops. 1 ounce of multihead hops at 10 minutes. At flameout I added 1 ounce of mulithead, 1 ounce of Styria Wolf, 2 ounces of Denali. After fermentation, I add a few ounces of Wakatu as a dry hop.

This will definitely be a hop bomb.

Follow up on the oak stout. Has a nice flavor but I screwed something up as it’s way way over carbonated.
