In flight 1 tomorrow at The Boston Marathon will be my daughter. My son in-law (with her in the picture) was also qualified and was in flight1 suffered and injury so he wont be running after training for a year. The weather is supposed to be cold, raining and with a hard head wind. Well everyone runs the same the race!

Good luck to your daughter. I hope she does well and more importantly, enjoys her experience.

My wife is a runner. She does the 5/3 Riverbank 25k most years.

“Do you want to do a full marathon?”

    “I’m not that crazy. Yet.”

Good luck to your daughter. Those will be some hellacious conditions. Long distance runners are a whole different set of crazy. :)

She is over half way with a 6:43 pace. Only 13 miles to go!
