My wife is looking for new boots. I told hte i see a lot of Baffins, but there are a few models . What are your choices. ? She will want warm. light. I am considering Mickey mouse boots, as I spear a lot. but for gun and run and chasing flags, they are anchors

I wish you luck on your search for Mickey Mouse boots. I have been looking for a pair of 12’s for a while.

Have you checked with General Jim's in Clare? They had a lot of MM boots in stock, both the white and black style.

The muck arctics are good lady boots. Light and warm. Get a size larger than she wears in street shoes.
The knee high water protection will be appreciated when she cuts your spearing hole. ;)

the only thing, she bought me mucks a couple years back $140, they lasted 2 years and the sole fell off. I am sure she will not go for them. and when I say 2 years, I only used them on the ice , so that makes it less then one year, thank you though

I don’t blame you for your apprehension. I wouldn’t buy again either.

Im not to sure if Id buy some Mickeys for the wife, just because of the weight.
But they are durable and warm. I picked mine up at a gun show 20 some yrs ago for $50.
Wish I could help you out farther, but my wife's not much into the cold
