I paid $170 from Ace Hardware in Essexville, basically Bay City, they didn't have it in stock so it took a week to get it. Cabelas and Lowe's in Saginaw both had the 36" in stock but I didn't think I needed one that big, mine is the 26" I think

Picked one up from HD yesterday the 28 like yours, after BBQ and grilling almost everyday for umpteen years, it's time to try something else.

Seasoned last night, had to cook on it, did a big breakfast for supper, tonight fajitas.

Breakfast is definitely way easier, I like it better because the bacon smell is in the garage. Now I like bacon as much as everyone else but that smell stays for days in the house.
I do notice that fried potatoes aren't as easy as before, I like them crispy but they also need to be steamed a bit IMO. I just bought a cheap 8x11 cake pan to cover them.
    1 1/4 ribeye, 4 minutes at most a side and they're perfect!!
Cooked salmon on it Saturday, turned out awesome!!

It's extremely fast to temp and so so easy to clean. Zero complaints yet.
I think I'm gonna fab up a cover to hold a little heat in especially in the winter months, should be simple. They make one for the 36" style but not the 28"

So with everything going on with sals dad have been away from the campground and the griddle, but hammered down tonight.

Sirloin, carrots, purple cabbage, broccoli, onions, baby corn, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and mushrooms sizzled in with Mongolian sauce placed over gooey angel hair with butter and parm.
