Beaver Log?

    I'll admit, this isn't from Michigan. But since I live in Michigan and can't get to our wilderness fishcamp in Ontario due to the border closure, I'll still post this for your opinion. See attached pics. I've never seen anything like this before... in nature or years of trapping magazines. Chew marks look like beaver but have you ever seen them stair step a log like this?

    What are your thoughts? Thanks for looking.

    never have I seen one like this....cool .

    Unfortunately, no. Its over the border in Ontario and the border is still closed. :-(

    I thought when you took the photo...you might have collected it...I think the beaver was done with it.
