So a buddy and I decided to enjoy the nice sunny and windless day by going on a 6 mile hike. I enjoy this nice cool weather as I can walk at a much faster pace without overheating. I hope everyone else enjoyed the sun today.

Spent a couple hours today with the chainsaw. Since I have been cutting alone so I try not to do too much and get tired out for safety. Been felling around 20 or so trees each outing the past couple weeks. Been working on this deer pole header on and off also. Today I drug it out of the bush and next to the trail.

It was a nice day indeed. Went hiking out around Platte Point with the kiddo and wife. Also had lunch at the new brewery in Buelah called Five Shores. Pretty nice spot if you are looking for some good Chili, Sandwich, and a beer.
I should've been out yesterday but was working on expanding my workspace. Added another shelving unit and a shop light.

It certainly was an absolute beautiful day to be outside. Didn't catch a single fish but it sure was nice to try.
Spent part of the day cutting and splitting firewood. Nice workout using the maul. Even had the wife out there loading it on the truck. Beautiful weather.

It was a spectacular morning! Had my limit by noon. Daughter helped Clean the fish and cabin when I got home. Fish tacos for dinner and capped off my day watching team Lebron pull off the W in the NBA all star game!
