    Just be prepared for water to be all over the ice. Flooded my shanty this weekend in the area cuz water was flowing out of the hole.

    It’s making ice when it pops, pressure on the top makes it come up.
    Creepers & spud, will keep yeah upright.

    St. Clair river.... north wind ice jams up and lake drains. Canals heave and dip. South wind river unjams lake fills back up. Water tries to rise but the canal ice can't push back up fast enough....this is what I think happens.
