Haven't seen much for redheads and bluebills in NE Michigan yet. Surprising for how many have been migrating up in the UP. Found one small flock out in the big lake but not worth getting the layout wet. Just wondering if anyone has seen any significant migration yet.

Shot a couple redheads on the bay this morn, and talked to a couple guys at the launch that were layout hunting. They had a few blue bills.

There are a couple weed beds that they normally load up on but maybe seen a flock of 10-12. Not many scoter either. Couple big flocks of lawn darts is about it.

Saw three flocks of bluebills yesterday in the middle of the state in a spot I was hunting. I also saw a high flock of migrating ducks they could have been divers they were pretty small and fast wingbeats.

Had a small flock of ruddys doing laps on a lake down in the SE. Either a ring neck or bluebill was with them.
