Ran to Ebels to get smoked Pork Chops. These are always a staple as there quick and easy and delicious. Realized hadnt had in forever they work with a variety of sides.

I've gotten them from a bunch a stores all over as well as restaurants. Ebels are really really hard to beat. Place sucks on Saturdays as y'all come up lol

I was thinking Biscuit and gravy then I looked closer looks awesome.

I've spent countless nights lately racking brain on cajun finding recipes thinking of tweaks. Wanna start soon making them.

Its from a place called biscuithead. It's called the greenvillian. Look it up! It was awesome.

    The Greenvillian
Biscuit with country-fried pork steak and jalapeƱo cream cheese topped with bacon gravy, a sunny-side egg, and pickled jalapeƱos

The best supper i can think of would be fried hashbrowns with back strap rolled in fryin majic then fried in butter. Of course you could also add a couple of eggs and call it breakfast.
