Man finding ammo for the 350 is hard to do. What’s everyone shooting out there

I was at Cabelas in Grandville today and they had it. Also picked up 2 boxes at Blaines yesterday
I was at Bass Pro a few months ago and they had 8 boxes. Guy grabbed one and said he was thrilled to find it. I grabbed 7 and said this should do me. HA!! Did the same at a few other stores. Might as well stick up now as the prices are only going to go higher and never come back down.
Anyone tried the hornady american whitetail loads? 170 gr iirc...
On paper only. Shoots very well.
My local dunhams had almost zero ammo but a ton of 350 legend for whatever reason, might be worth a check if you have one nearby
This is a 3 shot group at 125 yards with a ruger american with a 24" barrel, just the cap on the end of the barrel to protect the threads. Ammo was winchester 150 gr. Vortex crossfire II 3-9x50- obviously shooting from the bench.
Pleased with the accuracy but Im concerned with penetration, especially at longer distances- 150-200 yards.
Just on paper. MOA @ 100 yards. Sorry don't have any pics to back it up. Very pleased with accuracy so far. Litmus will be in November...
Stay off the big bones and you'll be fine.. I think that lower powered rounds work fine if you just don't try and break deer down by busting the bigger bones. There is plenty of energy and lead to get the job done if you just think the same shot selection as archery..
Got some more shooting in again yesterday. This is the hornady american whitetail 170gr @ 100 yards. Groups are definitely getting better as I feed more ammo through it. Bottom shot was actually the last bullet from the box. Pretty happy with that for my last shot! Still having issues with cartridges feeding unreliably, though.
Any 350 kills from today with more results?
Both taken opening morning with hornady 170s.
